Ingredients
  1. 1 package Mama Dip’s Cornbread Mix
  2. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  5. 1 stick cold butter
  6. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  7. 1 teaspoon cold water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Beat together 2 eggs and water.
  3. Combine the cornbread mix and chili powder.
  4. Cut butter into bits and work into cornbread mixture.
  5. Add egg mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface 1/8″ thick.
  8. Cut dough with 2″ cookie cutter.
  9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
