  1. 1 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  2. 1/2 cup diced onions
  3. 1 tablespoon butter
  4. 1/2 cup Mama Dip’s Vinegar Based Barbeque Sauce
  5. 3 cups cooked white rice
  1. Pour butter in a saucepan and place over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Increase heat to medium high.
  5. Pour in barbeque sauce and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over rice.
